No. I did that for three weeks and I got syphilis.
What do you think? Answer below!
Do you take 5 hr energy every morning? Try taking a multivitamin instead. Save energy shot for when u actually need a “boost” of energy. Protein after workout is great.
you should just eat breakfast in the morning, egg whites and maybe an orange. drink the energy drink later in the day before working out and protein shake afterward.
It depends on your overall goal. If you are trying to lose weight then you can keep the energy shot. I prefer green tea of black tea.
I have been doing the crossfit workouts and they have shredded my body big time (removed my body fat). They are pretty tough, but the results are quick!
give them a try and see what you think. I usually do the WOD’s

Also to tone muscle, make sure you are getting plenty of protein to aid in recovery and building of new muscle tissue

I drink 5-Hour Energy shots almost everyday, sometimes in the morning, sometimes before I work out, whenever I need that boost. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be safe to drink it and your whey protein shake, I would keep it up. They’re probably the safest kind of energy booster you’re going to get (in comparison to other energy drinks I mean) http://5hourenergy.com/compare.asp.
Good luck!
