Is this really true? I am quite addicted to Venom and Monster energy drinks, even though I know they’re not healthy. I also suffer from severe polyarticular juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) which is probably an even worse reason for me to consume them. I have however, been looking into healthier eating habits because I am paranoid about my health state, I have been researching autoimmune diseases such as JRA. The sad thing is I’m only 16 years old and I feel that if I do not change my eating habits I will definitely loose about 10 or more years of my life. I found out that teens who have JRA are more vulnerable to heart risk, especially WOMEN! 🙁 If you could help me out by giving me tips on healthy organic dieting, I’d really appreciate your help! 🙂 Please email me: missmuffinbuns@yahoo.com Thanks so much!

I don’t drink energy drinks anymore. I think they were responsible for my low potassium level. I had to go to the er once after drinking one. Don’t drink them
