Question by …: Is there a minimum age to drink energy drinks like there is to drink beer?
Is there a state and/or federal law about the minimum age limit to drink energy drinks like there is beer, or is it like soda, where anybody can drink it?
Also, I heard that energy drinks aren’t good for you. Is that true?

No, there is no legal age limit to buy energy drinks.
But, yes they are horrible for you, worse than soda.
If you need a quick fix for energy, try the 5 hour energy shots. They work and are packed with vitamins not sugar.
What do you think? Answer below!
In Texas, any child/not of age person can drink energy drinks. The legal age for beer is 21 like in all states. I don’t think food stamps work on energy drinks, tho. There’s also a small energy beverage that comes in a 2′ orange bottle that you need to be over 21, so that’s out.
Drinking anything, too much too often isn’t good for you. Moderation is key is staying healthy.
Well, I live in Connecticut and I go to North Carolina, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Virginia, and alot other states and I am only 12 and I ALWAYS buy energy drinks……… They say that energy drinks aren’t good for you well it’s true lol… but their relly good and I can’t live without them 🙂
No, there are no age restrictions that I am aware of in the US. And, no they aren’t really good for you, if for no other reason all the damn sugar in those things. Also the size of the can is usually 2-5 times the recommended serving size info on the label. I’ve drank my share of those things and they leave me feeling sick as a dog while jacked up to a very uncomfortable level and drowsy all at the same time. NOT GOOD EATS!
haha nope
