Question by laptophunter: Would energy drink/shot be good before a driving test?
I am going to take a driving test. I am planning to go there in the morning. I would still be sleepy then. So would it be good to have an energy drink or a shot before that? I guess that way I will be alert as well.
Please help me.

You shouldn’t because they don’t keep you awake for a long time, they like get you all awake, and then bleh, you lose your energy. ANDDDD it could make you loose concentration. Just wake up and take a shower so that you are awake for the testt.
What do you think? Answer below!
Caffeine can make it difficult to concentrate, especially if you’re not used to it, since it makes you so jittery and hyper. You could try taking some before the test (like a couple of days before) to see how you’d react. Just wake up at the time you would have to wake up for the test and give it a go. If you want to avoid the caffeine, try drinking cold water and eating and apple. The tartness of the apple will help wake you up.
Good luck on the test! I hope you do well.
that might make you kind of jittery and make you do worse….
just try to get sleep the night before and have a good breakfast and shower before you go and you’ll be fine 🙂
even a cup of coffee would be better than energy drink.
good luck on your test!
put a really cold water on your eyes.
drink coffee.
spill something hot on yourself lol
5 hour energy
slap yourself if you are dozing off
put a bag of ice on your chest and lie down for a moment
some mite sound dumb but they work
it depends on if you would normally drink an energy drink in the morning anyway. if you drink them all the time, then your body has gotten used to all the sugar and caffeine so it won’t affect you much.
but if you don’t drink them normally, then don’t start now. it will make you jittery and way more nervous! if you are worried about being too tires, just make sure you get enough sleep the night before and eat a healthy breakfast. maybe have some coffee, or even better green tea. they both have caffeine, but are more natural than an energy drink. Good luck on the test!
If you don’t usually drink caffeine, they can make you very jittery, give you an upset stomach, and make you feel very anxious. I have no problems drinking energy drinks, but I’m a coffee addict. If you are not used to caffeine, it’s a terrible idea to drink one before any kind of exam, especially a driving exam. Upset stomach while you’re trapped in a car with a stranger and nervous to begin with doesn’t sound like fun.
If your test is several days away, try waking up very early few days in advance. Don’t let yourself go back to bed- just get up and start doing things. You’ll probably have to go to bed early, but your body will become accustomed and you’ll feel normal on the day of the exam.
Even one or two days of getting up early will help.
Good luck on your test, and drive safely.
