Question by emperorkorei191: When should you drink Energy Drinks and what are the best Kind?
How long b4 you start playing your sport should you drink an energy drink. Half an Hour? Also what is the best type i currently use Relentless and Lucozade. Any Ideas?

Well I’ve found that I crash halfway through a game if I drink an energy drink too early and if I drink it too late I get sick during the game. I usually drink and energy drink about an hour before the game. Caffeine can stay in your system for up to 8 hours.
For me the best kind are the ones with more natural ingredients. They’re healthier, give me a bigger boost on the field and usually I don’t have a crash afterwards. Worry free energy.
