tomorrow i have a huge athletics competition im doing 200m
can anyone tell me the best energy drink to use?
and if so when should i drink it .. 10 mins before race or 1 hour?

You want to look for something that has a bit of caffeine in it, try Pepsi Max (about 1/2 cup), or Gatorade one hour before the race. Then 30 minutes before have a 1/2 cup of water. I wouldn’t drink anything less than 30 minutes before your race-Good Luck!!

Sleep, training, and water would be overall better. Some $2 drink from a gas station isn’t going edge you out against the competition, and in reality it may drag your physical performance down.
Dude Water is the best drink for Sprinters and Long Distance runners, anything else is just unhealthy so I would drink Water all day today, and you will feel great tommorow
u dnt really need an energy drink, good nite sleep, and hydrating the day before ur race is what u need….and the best thing to drink the day of ur race should be gatorade or just plain water

I would stay away from energy drinks in general. But if you really want a energy drink would check out the Healthy ones
