pretty much sugar and caffeine is all it has in it
Taurine. Caffeine.
try reading the ingredients
CAFFEINE, sugar , artificial flavor, water, sugar, various vitamins, sugar, possibly alcohols, corn syrup, sugar
Imagine everything that could burn through metal.
Now get that and mix it with carbonated water, sugar, and caffeine 🙂
It’s basically just sugar, water, and a multivitamin.
The best energy drink is simply water. Don’t get addicted to that sugary stuff.
Swallow a multivitamin with water. LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER.
Energy drinks are sugar so just dissolve sugar and drink . i helped you so instead help me to have fun by adding me on yahoo (julius.cezar@yahoo.com )please and thankyou

I wouldn’t even try! You could possibly be killed by making something like what u by at stores that give u “hours of energy”.
They put caffine, sugar, and other type of stuff in those things depending on the maker.
But if ur talking about something like Gatorade, Sobe Life, Powerade, then thats deferent! =D
Sorry but Idk…
Depends what you like really,
i wouldnt use carbonated water though.
i think energy drinks like Lucozade and Gatorade ect are just overpriced squash.
I belive you can make one like this.

warm water
pinch of salt
double the amount of water with the amount od squash
mix, cool and enjoy
