no no no no no!!!!! ok i know this sounds really strange but every time that ive won a race in track is when i drink pickle juice. im serious just buy yourself a jar of piclkes and drink the juice. i know its weird but it honestly works and i have the ribbons and trophies to prove it.
Give your answer to this question below!
how can ‘drinking anything *after* the race’ help you win the race? you got me confused.
if you mean ‘before the race’, the answer is NO. your body only needs a specific amount of energy, giving it more won’t do anything more than get you bloated!
no, energy drinks will make you hyper for a very short period of time and then you will CRASH. if you want to do well in your race drink water and only water.
no it won’t. it’ll speed up your heart beat and make you get tired faster.
we weren’t allowed to drink soda or energy drinks for cheerleading season cause of this.
No NO No!! energy drinks are bad for you and alot can kill you…. if your a coffee drinker then just drink a cup before your race if not then become one but dont do it just once if you dont ussally drink it.
no
they can cause heart and/or renal (kidney) failure
as well as drain your adrenal glands which is your reserve for when you want to fight off someone running onto you
drink water. fruit juices (natural juices not sugar’d down ones), electrolyte replacements, kefir
extra sugar and caffeine will make your crash and burn
LOL no it will not. I might actually make you more tired though you will feel energized. Drink water and some gatorade.
“right after the race?” . . . NO! and not even before it. does not matter!
