Zero. They are a waste of money.
Give your answer to this question below!
You shouldnt they increase the adrenaline rate in blood which lead to an increased heart beat per minute which leads to high metabolisim finally if you overdosed on those stuff your body will shut down to gain rest body has its own way in balancing.
Don’t drink those energy drinks! They are all full of sugar and have no nutritional value whatsoever. Water is the absolute best beverage. You should drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces a day. For example if you weigh 200 pounds you should drink 100 ounces a day.
I’m going to say a maximum of 0
the minimum 0 the maximum 0 a year
try water or juice
May I suggest one that you can drink everyday and its good for you. It only has 2 grams of sugar and 24 calories. It is call bHIP energy drink, I drink it every day, I have both my parents taking it and they are acting like young kids again. I can send you some samples if you like.
I would limit yourself to about 2 a day, depending on how sensitive you are to caffeine. Energy Drinks aren’t BAD for you though, sure they have a lot of sugar, but many things do! If you swish with water or brush your teeth after drinking them, then there’s no damage really done. Jolt Power Cola has 220mg of caffeine per bottle, which is about 2-3 cups of coffee, so you can gauge your caffeine intake that way. I’d also cut back on normal soda if you drink Jolt, as Jolt is like soda, and too much can be bad for you (anything in excess is).
To answer your question you can be safe with anywhere between 1-15 Jolts a week. To learn more about it check out: http://www.caffeineguru.com/reviews/jolt-power-cola/
