Caldwell announces for Council
Edmond businesswoman Victoria Caldwell is a candidate for City Council Ward 1, she told The Edmond Sun Monday night. Caldwell was present Monday evening when the council selected former Ward 1 Councilwoman Kay Bickham to the post vacated in October by former City Councilman Wayne Page. Bickham will serve Ward 1 until April and said she has no plans to run again for council.

Police investigate area homicide
Oklahoma City detectives are investigating the death of an unidentified victim found dead at an Edmond-area apartment complex, and a 15-year-old suspect is in custody, police said.
