Question by Matt: What is the most effective energy drink?
I know energy drinks are not healthy, and are very bad to drink. However I am in college and there are some nights where I just have so much work I can’t afford to sleep. lol.
I would just like to know which energy drink does its best job of energizing me so I dont fall asleep during those work filled nights.
Thanks and all answers are appreciated.

Glucon-D
five hour energy
but my fave is red bull!!..the big can 🙂
5-hour energy drink, its a tiny shot, but it seriously keeps u awake for at least 5 hours
I would still avoid them man. All you really need is the caffine. All that sugar will end up making you feel much worse after the spike wears off. If you have to get one I would recomend Inviga. It doesen’t have nearly as much sugar, and slowly increases calorie burning for more energy. In any case, don’t make it a drink with alot of sugar.
my husband said he tried them all and he like “5hr energy”. it really wakes him up and keeps him up, it doesnt make you jittery, doesn’t have a strong crash, and has no sugar.
Tong-Kait-Ali, Malaysia best energy drink.
Energy drinks aren’t bad for you. They have the same amount of sugar as a Coke, so substituting one for another is fine. The caffeine in energy drinks helps increase alertness and concentration. I would personally say that from personal experiecne I find the best energy drinks to be:
NOS, lots of caffeine (http://www.caffeineguru.com/reviews/nos/)
GURU Energy, organic (http://www.caffeineguru.com/reviews/guru-natural-energy)
GURU Lite, low sugar, organic (http://www.caffeineguru.com/reviews/guru-lite)
