What is something that will give me energy, but won’t be as bad for me as an energy drink?

Uhhh, juice? If you want caffine, green tea.
A simple way to do that would be to get whatever sort of fruit you like and blend it all up, A healthy diet and exercise plan will and should be all you need to generate all the energy you could use in an average day, unless of course you have some sort of disability or sickness which could cause this.
Or alternatively you could do a veggie shake, although personally i don’t think i could stomach a broccoli shake.
It is possible you could drink green or black tea for the caffeine but i sincerely recommend you don’t become addicted to that, although tea is amazing for you too much of anything can be bad and tea also slightly dehydrates you so keep that in mind.
Other than that just keep up healthy lifestyle, Good luck!
Here’s the thing. There are two kinds of energy for the body; a forceful energy, that will make you jittery, and makes certain people hyper. This also makes it almost impossible to sleep. This is found in coffee, red bulls, etc…
There’s also a kind of natural energy, which brings out the natural energy of the body, but not in a violent, hyperactive way, like sugar or caffeine do. I prefer this kind of energy myself, because it tends to last longer.
For this reason, my recommendation is cold water. Being dehydrated is one of the most common obstructions of the body’s natural energy.
