I want to drink Boost (the nutritional energy drink), but it is very expensive. What can I take that will give me the same protein, vitamins, and minerals that boost will? Specifically, which products do you recommend which are not expensive, but are good quality as well? Thank you!

You could try the store brand of boost or ensure. i know target caries their store brand. Good luck! Hope this helps! =)
