Question by Fred Docker: What is the best energy drink/powder for a marathon runner for recovery?
Hi,
I’m looking for a energy drink/powder drink for recovery after I do my training runs for marathons. I’m looking for something that doesn’t contain any harmful substances. Maybe I don’t need anything but I’m finding my recovery is taking too long. I’m open for suggestions.
