well too much sugar is bad for anyone.
energy drinks have the same amount of sugar as 2 cans of pop.
I wouldnt worry if you just gave them one… but dont give it often or they may get fat from all the sugar
I would say so. Caffine is addictive like, kids are shouldn’t need energy drinks, if they do there might be something wrong.
