It depends on the person. I wouldn’t say energy drinks make you any less shy but they make you much more energetic. . .so i guess that relates to being more outgoing. I don’t think they help you concentrate at all if any thing it would make you more distracted and gittery.
What do you think? Answer below!
Although caffeine* is a separate drug than amphetamines they are both stimulants, which generally have been proven to successfully improve the attentiveness of a person with ADHD. Improved attentiveness can make a person less shy in social situations and has proven very effective in improving an ADHD student’s work habits productivity and ultimately grades.
Given what you have told me, I see no reason why you shouldn’t at least give energy drinks a try may work, may not. If it does you may have ADHD, or you may not. Its all up to you.

>It is dangerous to take amphetamines without consulting a doctor
>Caffeine is a drug there for it can be dangerous if you do not use common sense
* Sorry, I am assuming whatever is in your energy drink is caffeine. IT doesn’t matter much though just about any thing a company is going to put in an energy drink will be a stimulant, because well any thing else would be counter intuitive.
personally? no and no. i find that (sugar free) energy drinks taste good and put me off snacking when i’m on a diet (yeah, i know, not healthy, but still…). mostly, it’s just good advertising
Caffeine is a stimulant that works on the mind s well as the body. Energy drinks also have B vitamins which have been known to help people with ADD, ADHD, and kids with Autism. These combined along with the taurine that most energy drinks have works on the mind and not only stimulate but can make some folks less shy and others more confident.
Sometimes just caffeine may do this but with all of the stimulants in energy drinks it is more likely to happen with them than with any other drink with caffeine.
