FRS Quercetin: Benefits of Quercetin vs. Quercetin Side Effects

If you’ve heard about the secret FRS quercetin ingredient that’s making this line of energy supplements truly groundbreaking, then you might be wondering about the benefits of quercetin as well as any quercetin side effects that have been documented.

What is This FRS Quercetin?

This supplement has been popularized since the quercetin in FRS has been made famous. Quercetin (sometimes seen spelled quercitin) is a powerful antioxidant with a long list of potential benefits. While this organic energy supplement is relatively new to the mainstream energy drink market, it has been tested widely and generally considered a healthy energy drink herbal ingredient.

Quercetin comes from certain fruits and vegetables such as apples, onions, grapes and blueberries. FRS quercetin levels exceed greatly the amount of quercetin consumed in an average diet. In fact, you’d have to eat about 40 apples to get the same amount of quercetin in one can of FRS Healthy Energy drink.

A good quercetin supplement provides a healthy dose of free radical antioxidant with the ability to naturally enhance your energy levels.

It’s called FRS because quercetin acts as a “Free Radical Scavenger”, targeting the damaging free radical cells in our bodies and warding them off, repairing and boosting the body in times of stress and fatigue such as physical workouts and long, rough days at work or school.

Quercetin Energy

Quercetin energy is unlike other forms of energy supplements because rather than providing the body with a high-energy chemical, quercetin actually stimulates the body to produce its own natural energy.

The scientific studies that have been done on FRS quercetin show that the quercetin compound essentially simulates the effects of exercise on your cell’s mitochondria (the “powerhouses” of our cells) and trigger it to produce energy for your body’s consumption.

The FRS energy drink then combines essential vitamins that help the body absorb and process the quercetin as efficiently and effectively as possible. What you’re left with is a body that is more energized and a mind that is more focused because of the beneficial ingredients included only in natural energy drinks.

Quercetin Benefits

The studies that have been done on quercetin thus far have identified several quercetin benefits. The first and most important is the subtle but powerful boost in energy. Most people report a feeling of strength and drive that lasts for hours. This is in sharp contrast to the energy spike and subsequent crash that comes with the popular products containing extremely high energy drink caffeine levels.

The energy that comes with quercetin leads to increased endurance and power output, but also improved focus, which makes it beneficial not only to athletes, but anyone working or studying who is in need of a healthy boost.

Many people have turned to quercetin as a weight-loss supplement as the combination of quercetin with green tea extract in FRS energy drinks has been proven to promote thermogenesis, which increases the rate of carb and fat burning. This is doubly beneficial considering the energy drink carb levels are often prohibitively high for those trying to watch their weight. Not to mention the almost dangerous energy drink sugar contents.

Quercetin Side Effects

It has been shown that short-term use is linked to no quercetin side effects whatsoever in healthy adults. People who have consumed extremely high doses have reported the quercetin side effects of headaches and tingling of the arms and legs.

Always follow the safety warnings on the packaging of FRS. They tell you exactly how many of each product should not be exceeded. It is generally safe to consider three per day a healthy maximum dosage.

Often times it is put into bromelain (an enzyme found in pineapple).

Thanks for bringing up bromelain. Its anti-inflammatory properties incidentally also help with allergies, asthma and even gout. It really is an amazing compound.

Thanks for the comment. :)
